If you have an EHS Assist account, you can locate the Safety Data Sheets by navigating
to your chemical inventory under 'Inventory' > 'Quick Chemical Entry'. Locate the
specific chemical you are looking for, double click it and scroll down to the 'Google
Search' button (see to the right instructional video)
If you do not have an EHS Assist account, you can search our current database of Safety
Data Sheets on this (Link Button located below, on this page). All UA system users have access to this
drive. If you would like to have a Safety Data Sheet uploaded to the drive, please
email the EHSRM Hazardous Waste section at uaf-hazmat-team@alaska.edu. Additionally, if you do not have an EHS Assist account, but would like one, email
kcriley@alaska.edu. Please provide your UA id number, PI information and the building and lab you will
be working in.
This current setup is merely a bridge to a more complete, user friendly system. We
continue to target the end of the spring to have our long term replacement in place.
We appreciate your patience and as always, feel free to contact us with any questions
you have.
