Jessica Skipper serves as the Student Success Systems Administrator for the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Office of the Registrar, a position she has held since April 2019. Before taking on this role, she was an administrative assistant in the Office of the Provost.

In her current position, Jessica manages and oversees the implementation, utilization, support, operations, administration, strategic planning, project management, and more of several EAB products. These include Nanook Navigator (Navigate360; Reports & Analytics), Navigate Student (Student Engagement Hub; Mobile App), and Academic Planner (Smart Guidance; Advanced Student Engagement; Program Advising Tools). She collaborates closely with various teams within the Office of the Registrar, including Degree Services, Catalog and Curriculum, Scheduling, Data Specialists, Student Information Systems Technicians, and the Registrar. Jessica is deeply passionate about advocating for and supporting students on their unique educational journeys.

She believes in the power of technology and its role in encouraging students to seek support and become more self-sufficient, such as through scheduling appointments. Additionally, Jessica is dedicated to creating efficiencies in workloads and processes for employees supporting students, ensuring a smooth and effective administrative environment.

Khaleesi started her service dog training and higher education experience at about 6 weeks old. She has been a service dog for 9 going on 10 years and is coming up on retirement age. She has worked in higher education with her handler for her entire life and has enjoyed all the places work has taken her. Khaleesi has traveled to several higher education institutions, conferences, and all of the UAF campuses. Khaleesi was born in Montana but has spent most of her life as an Alaskan adventure dog.

Isaac Parker serves as the Student Success Systems Specialist for the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Office of the Registrar. Isaac supports the implementation, training, and day-to-day operations of Nanook Navigator (Navigate360). He develops training materials and documentation for staff and advisors across the UAF system, manages platform configurations and reporting, and collaborates with departments to support student retention initiatives.

Isaac is committed to helping students thrive by equipping the staff and advisors who serve them with effective tools and resources. He believes in the value of accessible technology and clear communication in building a more connected and supportive campus environment.
