The Pork Information Gateway (PIG) is an open library of scientific, and educational material resources for all aspects of pig care and pork production. This site is a collaborative effort by Land Grant Universities, the pork industry and government partners.
Pork Quality Assurance Plus is an education and training program to help pig producers improve production practices. The program focuses on food safety, animal well-being, public health, worker safety, environmental stewardship and community.
