There are multiple quality assurance programs for cattle. Here are a few:

The National Dairy FARM Program is an assurance program for standards of animal care, antibiotic stewardship, environmental stewardship, biosecurity, and workforce development. This program is used by the dairy industry, including processors.

Calf Care and Quality Assurance (CCQA) is a program that provides resources, training and self-assessments for beef and dairy calf raisers.

The Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) program was established in the 1980’s to address meat quality and safety issues with scientific information and improved husbandry practices.  BQA provides information to producers so they can optimize cattle management.

The BQA manuals provide information on cattle transport, antimicrobial stewardship and more.

The Milk and Dairy Beef Quality Assurance program is similar to BQA and looks at Diary cattle and dairy beef production.
