BIO

Dayne Broderson is the senior technologist and strategic advisor at the Alaska Center for Energy and Power. He leads ACEP’s cyber efforts for energy systems, focusing on resilience, security and community-driven innovation through real-world testbeds and strategic research programs. Broderson connects the challenges facing rural and remote power systems with human and technical solutions through student engagement and field deployments.

Broderson holds a B.S. in computer science from UAF. With 20 years of experience in research and operational IT & Data Systems for academic, federal, state and local government organizations, he has performed general and technical management, program development, and data and IT systems development at UAF.
