BIO
Addie Norgaard joined ACEP in 2024 as an Alaska Sea Grant state fellow and worked on marine energy curriculum development and a community-led river energy project in Galena. In 2025, she continued with ACEP, supporting technical assistance efforts and contributing to research projects.
She holds a B.S. in chemistry from California Polytechnic State University and an M.S. in oceanography from the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, where she studied marine carbon dioxide dynamics in the Gulf of Alaska.
Norgaard enjoys spending time outdoors on foot, ski or on the water. She loves live music performances, volunteering locally and crafting.
